During this event we discussed healthy eating and ways to incorporate daily self-care routines to reduce stress naturally.

This event was held on four Thursday's with speakers hosting their own breakout sessions.  Participants were able to go from room-to-room (at their leisure) and ask questions or share their experiences with each instructor.
